About Emma Hicks

I graduated from the University of Utah with my undergrad in social work, however I have worked in the property management tech startup industry for two years since graduating, with experience in customer success, project management, sales, and team leadership. Prior to that, I worked through college with customer relations and sales in the skiing, freeze drying, and non-profit industries. I learned that I enjoy problem solving and the concept of scaling a business, so I am getting my MBA and pivoting to consulting.

When I'm not working, I enjoy skiing, golfing, fly fishing, singing karaoke/playing trivia with friends, spending time with family, exploring new restaurants and bars, and somehow always learning a new hobby. I find that these hobbies help me stay creative and focused, which translates to better work performance.
